Pay as you go Support Traditionally computer companies offer support via contracts which essentially tie your business into their support systems for 12 months. They also offer support at Corporate Rates which is often far out of the reach of many customers. With A-ONE IT there are no expensive contracts, no tie in, but unrivalled support for your private, business or educational computer systems. Even with most contracts the service company will only guarantee next day service on site or 4 hour service on site, the latter being inordinately expenisve and neither guarantee a fix. A-ONE I.T. offer on-site computer support at £23/hour inclusive for degree qualified staff, covering Servers (Vista, XP, Windows 2003, 2000, HP & SUN), PCs and laptops. Software support is available for:- Windows Vista Home, Business & Ultimate (32 or 64 bit)
