Hourly rate at £25 / hour and half hour rates after that.
Most problems fixed within 1 hour.
Low cost on-site fault diagnosis and repair for less than most other company's charge for remote support an hour.
A-ONE IT is fully INSURED for public and employers liaibilty.
A-ONE IT only employ degree qualified technical personnel with years of high level IT industry experience.
Business users - look at our pre-booked Daily Rates £150.
Business users - buy low cost on-site support from £25 per hour. (minimum of 1 hour) No need to employ your own IT staff or contractors.
Buy 1 or 2 hours support a week or month, which ever suits your business.
No pre-payment.
Like having you own portable IT department at a fraction of the cost.

Hardware
All hardware from Wireless Routers, System upgrades, CPUs, discs, Graphics Cards, memory etc.
We supply fitted new parts with 12 months Return to base warranty (RTB).
We also have a small selection of re-marketed parts e.g. discs, where costs savings can be made.
Laptops anything from a laptop screen replacement, keyboard replacement to a full system board replacement. 
All re-marketed parts are covered by 3 months RTB warranty.
All our parts are installed by our qualified staff (see pricing for details).

Our Service to You
A-ONE IT qualified personnel will come to your home or business and assess what options are open to you to upgrade or fix your PC.
Only an hourly rate payable very competitive prices!!!
Sometimes the system will be taken away to our workshop for the upgrade/fix work to be done.
All work is guaranteed for 12 months (except re-marketed parts).
A-ONE IT will also include transfer of ALL your data to the new upgraded system within its hourly rate.
